Most boards assume the setup is going to be the hard part. PDFs, covenants, a thousand pages of community history, the inevitable "I don't know who has the master copy of the rules" moment. Three meetings just to figure out who has time to do the work.

That's not how it goes.

A board we onboarded recently in the area handed the Smart Assistant a 50+ page PDF of construction rules, covenants, and community details. The Smart Assistant turned around over 150 knowledge entries — grouped into categories, ready for the board to review and approve.
